This position isresponsible for logging time and materials into computerizedmaintenance management system daily in the form of work ordersP.

M.s etc. Daily communication of all pertinent informationregarding system operation and maintenance to departmentalmanagement and maintenanceteams.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Housekeepingand cleanup of refrigeration machine rooms refrigerationmaintenance areas and all project areas on a dailybasis.
• Required tointerpret and understand plans and specifications schematicsoperating and maintenance manuals etc. for systems beingoverseen.
• Assist managementin developing standard operating procedures daily work schedulesand duty cycles for all repairs and maintenance for refrigerationand HVAC systems.
• Assist inmanaging outside mechanical and refrigeration contractorsconducting service repair and new contractwork.
• Assist the buildingand material handling equipment maintenanceteams.
• Duties will includeassisting in general building repairs electrical troubleshootingand repairs and other general maintenanceactivities.
• Be willing andable to tolerate temperatures of 35 degrees or below for entireshift. Be able to lift 4060 pounds to shoulder heightrepeatedly.
• Be able to walkand stand on cement floor for the shift duration. Ability to followboth verbal and writteninstructions.
• Must havebasic math skills and computerknowledge.
• Ability to readand comprehend product specifications sheets assess equipment anddemonstrate basic mechanical knowledge work well without directsupervision and demonstrate leadershipability.
• Willing to obtainOSHA Level A Hazmat Certification (24 Hours Medical Certification)and Incident Command Training (8 Hours) within 90 days ofemployment.
• Willingto obtain RETA (CIRO) Certified Industrial Refrigeration OperatorCertification within 1 year of hire to attain RefrigerationTechnician level III classification.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum2 years experience inRefrigeration / Ammonia / Electrical / HVAC.
• Education : Refrigeration / Electrical Trade School Certification or EquivalentRETA Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO)Certification or Associate 2year Degree in HVAC AmmoniaRefrigeration & CFC Certification.

Or any combination ofexperience education andtraining.
